Pilates for Every Body is a full service studio dedicated to a modern approach to Pilates that incorporates post-rehabilitation principles into a true Pilates workout. We also offer Yamuna Body Rolling classes and private sessions to help you achieve freedom from joint stress and pain, improve flexibility, posture and athletic performance. The TRX suspension training is a new addition to our programming. It is different from what you would usually find in gyms. Our workout will make you stronger, hone your balance skills, and we avoid that "boot camp" mentality.  We pay attention to details with our small classes and personalized instruction. At Pilates for Every Body we pride ourselves on making exercise fun and interesting for body and for the mind. We believe exercise should be consistent but also have variety. You will never do the exact same workout each time to come to us for private training and classes.

For ALL TRX CLASSES AND FOCUS CLASSES
Due to the limited number we can accommodate in a single class, you must sign up in advance for each class via email: pilatesforeverybodywestport@yahoo.com. Reservations taken up to 5PM the day before class. You may sign up for as
many TRX classes as you wish through one email. We will send you a confirmation email to hold your spot. If you need to cancel a reservation you must do so by 5pm the day prior to class. No verbal reservations or cancellations. Emails only, please! All other classes: no advance sign up needed.

Pilates for Every Body
welcomes you to our beautiful studio in Westport, Connecticut. Our location at Nash's Plaza provides us with the opportunity to fulfill our mission to offer the women in our community a warm and caring atmosphere in which to exercise. We have been in business for over 10 years providing personalized, quality Pilates training. 




We specialize in personal training on the Pilates equipment and mat classes for all women who wish to improve their overall fitness and wellness. Whether you are already active or just beginning to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, you will feel comfortable at our studio. Our emphasis is on creating a safe, individualized Pilates program for you. We also work with those who require specialized programs to deal with pain, weight-related issues, post-injury rehabilitation, post-partum exercise, Osteopenia/Osteoporosis, and other orthopedic conditions.



While our primary emphasis is on Pilates, we also utilize additional exercise and bodywork programs to help you reach your goals. These programs include Yamuna Body Rolling, Yamuna Foot Fitness, Yamuna Face Ball work,  Strength Training, TRX Suspension Training Physioball Training, and Balance Training.
